How PixelPrompt collects, uses, and protects account data, prompts, uploads, and payments.
2026/10/24
PixelPrompt ("we", "us") operates the website at pixelprompt.app and the browser studio for prompt optimization, AI product photography, and short-form video.
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website, accounts, generation tools, billing, and support.
If you have a privacy question, email support@pixelprompt.app or use the contact page.
When you register or sign in, we store:
To run the studio, we store what you submit and what the tools return:
Payments are processed by Creem. We do not store your full card number. We do store billing records needed to run the product: customer id, plan, subscription or invoice identifiers, payment status, credit balance, and credit transactions.
If you contact us, we keep the message and your email so we can reply.
New accounts are added to the product newsletter through Resend. You can turn that off anytime in notification settings.
When you use the site we process:
If analytics tools are enabled in production (for example Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or Vercel Analytics), those providers receive usage events such as pages viewed. They are not required to use the studio.
If live chat or a bot-check is enabled, Crisp or Cloudflare may receive the data needed to provide that feature.
We use this information to:
We do not sell your personal information.
Generating a result means sending your prompt, and a reference image when you upload one, to the model provider that runs that job (such as the providers behind Flux, GPT Image, Kling, or Veo). We send that data so the provider can return the image or video you asked for.
We do not sell those prompts or uploads. A provider may retain inputs under its own terms. Review the provider named on the tool if that matters for your brand or client work.
We use cookies and similar storage for sign-in, language, and interface preferences. Optional analytics cookies are only set when that analytics product is turned on.
Details are in the Cookie Policy. You can also block cookies in your browser; sign-in and saved preferences may stop working.
We share personal information with service providers that process it for us:
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect PixelPrompt, our users, or the public from fraud and abuse.
PixelPrompt is used by teams in more than one country. Account data, prompts, and files may be processed in the country where we or our providers host systems, which can be outside your own country. We use these providers to deliver the product you signed up for.
We keep account, prompt, image, and billing records while your account is open and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet tax or accounting duties.
Payment and credit records may be kept after you close an account when we need them for legal or financial reasons. Newsletter contacts are removed or marked unsubscribed when you opt out.
We use access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and hashed passwords. No online service can promise perfect security. Use a unique password and tell us at support@pixelprompt.app if you think your account was accessed without permission.
You can:
Email support@pixelprompt.app for an access, correction, or deletion request. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. We will delete or anonymize account data we are not required to keep, including prompts and generation records tied to that account.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or a region with similar rules, you may also object to certain processing or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
PixelPrompt is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We will post updates on this page and change the date above. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will also give a clearer notice, such as an email or an in-product message.
